The Homelessness Partnership BCP is here to help you
Our vision is to end homelessness across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole by ensuring everyone has a safe place to call home
We’re driven by people with lived experience of homelessness, along with our 45 partners from the council, police, probation, businesses, charities, faith groups, universities and more
How you can help
Across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, our aim is to prevent people losing their homes, and to escape all forms of homelessness, whether it’s rough sleeping, sofa surfing or living in unsuitable temporary accommodation.
If you are able to give money, volunteer time or pass on quality used clothing or furniture – every act of kindness will go a long way to helping people who are on the journey of recovery from homelessness.
Are you concerned about someone sleeping rough?
If you are concerned about someone who is sleeping rough, call the St Mungo’s Street Outreach Team on 01202 123147 or email B&Pstreetoutreach@mungos.org. The team works with people experiencing homelessness to assess their options and access safe accommodation, while providing support around health and employment, helping people to rebuild their lives away from homelessness.
Work with us
A culture of collaboration and co-production empowers our mission to end homelessness.
The partnership is built on knowledge gained by listening and learning from people with experience of homelessness.
We work by building on victories achieved locally while learning from achievements in other regions of the UK – recognising that it’s in the interest of communities and businesses to end all forms of homelessness.
We welcome enquiries from organisations that would like to join our mission. Click the button below to find out more about working with us.
